Mark your calendar. The next 1-hour FREE seminar on Divorce Law in Hawaii will be held Thursday, January 12, 2012 at noon in the Supreme Court courtroom of Ali`iolani Hale, 417 South King Street behind the King Kamehameha statue in downtown Honolulu.
The Divorce Law in Hawaii informational program is now in its eleventh year of assisting the public in understanding divorce law. A companion to the Family Court’s “Kids First” program, Divorce Law in Hawaii offers those going through divorce guidance on how to get organized, adopt an effective frame of mind, and fairly resolve their divorce issues without needless expense or conflict.
William C. Darrah, Esq. teaches divorcing spouses how to successfully address the “money issues” in divorce: property division, debt allocation, child support, healthcare, education expenses, and alimony.
Tracey Wiltgen, Executive Director of the Mediation Center of the Pacific, provides information on divorce mediation, its benefits and cost, and how to prepare for mediation.
This free program is open to all who are interested in the divorce process. No reservations are necessary as seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Metered parking is available in the surrounding area.
